Welcome to the
Information Station
I wanted to preface this blog by saying that psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy is still in its infancy and that researchers in the field are continually conducting studies and learning new ways to implement their findings into practice.
This ongoing research allows therapists and practitioners to add tools to their belts and teaches them new techniques to help others heal. However, Being in infancy also leaves it open to misinformation and scrutiny. While I will always strive to find the most accurate information for this blog, much of what I will be sharing is from the perspective of personal experience. I understand that navigating this world can be confusing and overwhelming. I hope that by sharing my journey with psychedelic-assisted therapy, I may act as a liaison and help others find authentic healing as I have.
I encourage you to ask questions, research therapy types, and read reviews; psychedelic-assisted therapy is a powerful tool that can unlock an unlimited potential for healing. It is not an easy road for those with complex trauma, and participating in a program like this takes determination, dedication, and perseverance. It is, however, worth it.
